Cafe Melba's cuisine is a blend of Melbourne and Asia. We use the freshest ingredients, and cook from the heart, to make sure you love your meal as much as we do. Although we always keep our staples like Eggs Benedict and Chicken Parma, our chefs love experimenting with food and we make sure we've always got specials on offer for you to try something new.
Chef's Specials for the Month:
For this month's mains, we're serving up a Homemade Duck Leg Confit with Sarladaises Potatoes and Persillade Sauce, as well as an Australian Black Truffle Risotto with Confit Egg Yolk and Truffle Oil (among many other options!). About our Chefs:
Tadcaster Hospitality's Group Executive Chef is New Zealander Chef Kacey Whaitiri-Roberts, who gained experience working alongside world-renowned Chefs such as Michelin Star Chef Gordon Ramsay in London and Chef Emmanuel Stroobant in Singapore. He is working closely with Singaporean Chef Kenneth Tan, Tadcaster’s Group Chef de Cuisine. Kenneth worked at Picotin, one of Emmanuel Stroobant’s concepts, as Chef de Partie and restaurant Les Amis as Senior Chef de Partie before he joined Tadcaster Hospitality as Group Chef de Cuisine.
Takeaway is available from Monday to Friday from 10am to 10pm, and 8:30am to 10pm on Weekends.
